The following bug fix is available:

• We thought we had the year 2000 problem well in hand when we first released the Utilities, but it seems that our compiler and our inadequate testing provided a surprise for us. You need to download the following file to upgrade your current 32-bit version of The ConnectR Utilities to 2.07 ( version 2.07 is a 32-bit-only version; no fix is available for the 16-bit version). The download is two files contained in one zip file.

  Save the downloaded file in a temporary directory and unzip it. Run setup207.exe (a Windows program). It will have a conversation with you and then install version 2.07. You should not need to retype your name or license key during the update.
  
  Note: unzipping the downloaded file produces two smaller files. These can be copied to floppies if you need to transport the update to some other computer that you own.
